Leadership is an ability of an individual to influence or guide other individuals, organisations or teams towards a new dimension or a definite destination.


The leadership is a process of social awareness, activities, influence, motivation in which a person or a group of individuals can be a part actively or passively with a new flow of development.

The leadership in its wholesome description is attributed to many
theories or schools of thought involving creations, interactions, functional applications, behavioural access, distribution of powers, assimilation of visionary prospects, establishment of values, values, application of intelligence among others who face the leaders and accept the position.


The making of a leader is not about any manufacturing process but an acceptance of realisation for the causes of the common people.

Mal-administration, inequality, non application of administration of justice, corruption, social inequality, dysfunctional attitude of the people and the government are all the results of the absence of the true leadership.

A great leader does not impose his own volition or whims on the will of the common people rather he draws the attention of the common people towards practical issues and addresses them with a futuristic approach!
