The New World (Natun Prithibi) expresses its opinion in affirmative and says that only for the human acts and misconduct the world is on the brink of extinction.

Now the explanation for its opinion says that human activities have affected the environment and left a damaging impact on its future.

The fields of the natural earth which bore the brunt of such misdeeds of the humans can be found in :

1.Ecosystem

2.Bio-diversity

3.Natural resources

4.Bio physical features of earth .

The human acts mostly after the growth of civilization and extremely from the time of industrial revolution have been causing much tear and wear in the structure and the texture of the environment.

The continuous exploitation and over use of the natural resources have inflicted heavy injuries to the forms of the environment and caused major bio diversity loss, ecological imbalances, global warming and environmental degradation.

The major factors for which such heavy and irreparable injuries were inflicted upon the nature and environment are :

1.Population growth.

2.Over exploitation of the natural resources.

3.Deforestation

4.Pollution

5.Over consumption of natural resources.

6.Wastage of natural resources.

For such irresponsible acts on the parts of humans left the whole of the natural environment of earth in the state of morbidity. For many thousands of years of misapplication of their mind and skills humans undermined the interest of rest of the living creatures on earth and these acts of humans have crippled the rhythm of life.

Loss of biodiversity and ecological imbalances due to acts of humans have caused the expansion of the emission of the green house gases like carbon di oxide, methane,nitrous oxide, ozone and these huge emissions of such green house gases have increased the temperature of earth by 15 degrees of celcius more than normal standard.

Now, the earth has become warmer,more polluted and more susceptible to diseases fatal to the human life than earlier atmosphere.

With the rapid and extensive growth of human civilization and extreme misuse of the natural resources many millions species of plants and animals have gone extinct from the earth and this damaged the balance in ecosystem and bio diversity.

The need of the hour is to protect the environment and earth from imminent extinction. To protect the earth, the only habitat of humans and the millions of plants and animals, conservation of energy, natural resources are necessary as the mis conduct of humans for many hundred thousand years have pushed the world on the brink of extinction!
