In this world of enormous competitions, living healthy has become a huge challenge for all of us. Continuous struggles and conflicts for our survival have made our life stressful and strained with various issues of demands and desires and many of which remain unfulfilled for ever and thus increase tensions and disorders in our life.
Physical deformities in our life occur due to some serious illness, diseases and accidents which are always unfortunate and we have to live our life in such a critical condition knowing the consequences of it.
One very big cause of concern in our modern day life is our mental or emotional illness or disorder in which if we get entrapped, we may look healthy in outward appearance but in reality it poses an overall threat to our life and even makes us useless in our real life for ever and we are unaware of the consequences in our life.
Out of many such emotional disorders in our life, one big cause of concern is Atelophobia which makes us feel excessive anxiety or panic for the fear of imperfection or of things going wrong and also the fear of failure or non performance in our life.
Atelophobia increases anxiety, excessive fear out of hyper anticipation of a thing or an act and creates an absolute disorder in thought and nervous system.নতুন পৃথিবী
Many symptoms can be visible from this Atelophobia,which are as follows :
2.Unusual and fast heart beatings.
3.Tightness in chest and severe pain in the muscles .
4.Trembling and shaking of hands and legs .
7.Sudden and excessive sweating.
Such problems can be lethal to our life and there is no question of being lightly to this dangerous disease.
Generally, this Atelophobia can occur due to various reasons and factors and these can be the childhood factors of neglect or unnecessary comparison with others for non performance or failure to perform, or may be due to modern day life style of stressful occupation or environment, or may be for some ailments and prolonged exposure to frustrations in every day life.
However, neglectful view to this disease can be more dangerous in our individual and social life as days are progressing we all are heading towards a situation where any one of us can be the victim of this Atelophobia in our life .
A cognitive behavioural therapy , support system, psychological upliftment and attention can be helpful to get rid of this disease and at the same time avoiding stressful situations, excessive and irrational anticipations can also be good remedial measures against Atelophobia.
